Product Details
This large comprehensive exhibition hall is in an intense pre-event construction and preparation phase. The venue is a standard high-ceiling steel-structured exhibition space with intact overhead truss frameworks and full coverage of basic lighting, offering a spacious and well-organized overall construction area.
The construction team carries out supporting setup work in segmented zones. On-site materials including aluminum alloy trusses, stage panels, safety crowd-control barriers, and professional lighting and audio equipment cases are centrally stored, sorted neatly and managed by designated zones to prevent disorderly stacking from obstructing construction circulation routes. Main hoisting and installation of overhead lighting gantries have been completed, with professional performance lighting fixtures pre-installed and secured, laying a solid hardware foundation for subsequent lighting tuning for stage performances and themed activities.
Safety isolation fences are set up on site to separate construction zones from safe viewing areas. On-site management staff stay on duty throughout the process to control construction progress, while construction workers operate in compliance with regulations, strictly implementing venue management requirements covering fire safety, working at height, electrical safety and other protocols.
The entire construction workflow follows standardized procedures. Stage framework erection, material transportation, equipment embedding and on-site safety protection are implemented simultaneously. The construction schedule is efficiently coordinated to ensure smooth connection of follow-up procedures including booth fine fitting, stage aesthetic refinement and joint equipment commissioning, establishing a robust structural foundation for the launch of exhibitions and large-scale events.
