This film and television launch conference is fully designed and constructed in an elegant traditional Chinese style within a high-end banquet hall, achieving an in-depth integration of painting and calligraphy artistic ambiance with the functional requirements of a film launch event.
The ceiling adopts a stylish diamond-spliced translucent suspended ceiling that casts soft diffused lighting across the entire venue. Combined with professional stage trusses and performance lighting equipment, it enhances light and shadow effects for ceremonial segments while maintaining gentle and warm indoor lighting that echoes the refined aesthetic of traditional Chinese culture.
The venue is divided into functional zones. Long exhibition tables draped in dark green velvet are arranged at the front to display hardcover books and cultural and creative merchandise, with guardrails defining orderly viewing routes for guests. Multiple painting and calligraphy display boards and the main themed stage are erected at the rear, surrounded by large traditional Chinese paintings and calligraphy scrolls, while promotional posters hang on both sides. The central LED screen loops film trailers and event highlights, delivering a comprehensive immersive traditional Chinese visual experience.
Walls are finished with solid wood panels to reinforce solemn oriental charm, and patterned carpet on the floor reduces footsteps noise, suiting all session links including opening speeches, creative team sharing, painting and calligraphy appreciation, guest photo checks and networking.
The overall setup balances immersive traditional cultural atmosphere, professional conference operation standards and secure exhibit display.
